1. Delivery Coverage
Qwikzee delivers to over 19,000 pincodes across India through tier-1 courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, and India Post. All consignments are securely packaged with tamper-proof sealing.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Delivery times vary based on shipping destination:
- Metro Cities (Tier 1): Delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
- State Capitals & Tier 2 Cities: Delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
- Rural & Special Regions: Delivered within 4 to 6 business days.
3. Shipping Fees & Free Delivery Threshold
Prepaid orders exceeding our free shipping threshold (₹499) qualify for zero delivery fee. For orders below the threshold, a nominal flat convenience fee of ₹40 is applied at checkout.
4. Order Tracking & Real-Time Alerts
As soon as your shipment is picked up by the logistics carrier, an automated tracking link along with the AWB number is sent via SMS and WhatsApp. You can also view live parcel tracking anytime under your Track Orders section.
5. Delivery Disputes & Damage in Transit
In the rare event that an outer package appears tampered with or opened upon delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery or recording an unboxing video and notifying our support team immediately for prompt replacement.
